Souvlaki Fresh was born from a passion for real Greek food and a love for grilling. It all started with two friends, both from Greece, who wanted to bring the flavors of home to South Florida. With years of experience in the restaurant industry, they knew that great food doesn’t have to be complicated. It just has to be fresh, simple, and made with care.

Since opening in 2010, we’ve focused on one thing—serving authentic Greek meals made the right way. Our signature souvlaki is marinated, skewered, and grilled for the perfect bite.
